Rating of 1 star is generous.  Purchased 3 iPhone7+ in October 2016.  Good service while in the store, horrible service if you ever try to get them on the phone.  Have called up to 10 times and left messages and never get a return phone call.  Having issues with  billing correctly.  One of my iPhones was supposed to be free and I am being billed installments for all three phones.  General Customer Service (not at the store location) can't seem to get the billing right.  Extremely frustrated.

Don’t have a clue what they’re doing.  Why put someone out on the floor who doesn’t know anything

New management is great. Friendly, knowledgeable, I will go to this store every time!!

They do not answer their phones at all. They also have made several mistakes on getting my account corrected.
