The copy center here is a complete disaster. I used to periodically print large format here in a pinch but now they insist that we -"submit online". The online submittal DOESN'T WORK and Staples is incapable of receiving an email and pressing the print button as if that's a tough, important and demanding job. I avoid this Staples like the plague because employees are miserable, the managers aren't helpful and the prices are 4 times what I normally pay for print services. IF they agree to price match (which is their policy) they are outright hostile. If you run into a problem here, the manager doesn't listen to your concern, doesn't help you & is rude and seems to be on a weird power trip, as if Staples is his kingdom and he'll be damned if you're going to get what you need. I felt like I was talking to the fairy tale bridge troll, "Who's that shopping in my store?! How dare you!" UPS store has print services & Walmart can fill most of your office supply needs in the area, save yourself the unpleasantness of dealing with Staples QC. If you go here, you should know you'll always be wrong, the manager is an infant and the employees are miserable. 😣

We were making a rather large purchase of office furniture.  The clerk looked at our rewards card and told us if we spent another $20 we would get $50 off.  We searched the store for items we needed and returned to the desk about 20-40 minutes later. (We really didn't need anything else.) We found a few things we could use and after waiting in line again were told the manager would have to help us apply for the Staples credit card. No one mentioned a credit card before. We didn't need or want another credit card. They wasted so much of our time we decided to buy the furniture elsewhere.

Savannah and Daniel in the print services saved my life today, and every time I've ever needed help with the fax machines, or helping me make my wedding details the best they can be. Savannah remembers me when I come in, and makes sure to have specific and personable conversations.  She truly cares about people and it shows. I will forever go in and work with her as long as she's there. Daniel was an all star, even with a not so happy customer he had, and he kept a smile and did his job amazingly.

Approached Photocopy area. Staff arguing with old lady in relation to an original copy of hers that they lost. Employee asks me what I'm there for and I explain it's for a pickup. With all the details I provide to the employee (name under, date of order, approx pickup date that they gave me), she has no idea what I'm talking about, and treats me like I'm retarded. Turns out the other guy working Photocopy remembered the order and never put it in the computer or even completed it. Woman employee begins to apologise and I walk out. 2 stars since I only had an unfortunate experience with one section of the store.
