SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT!Had an appointment for my son to get his blood drawn for testing. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Highly recommend scheduling an appointment or you will be waiting for up to (2) hours. There were people complaining that they had been waiting for over an hour while we waited to get called. Plus people were coming in as walkins and they were being told that it was a (2) hour wait.

I hate getting my blood drawn but everytime I go the nurse makes me feel comfotable and relaxed and they get it done fast. I appreciate they take the time to care enough. Thanks.

This is the worst facility in Lad Vegas!!!! They act like they are doing you a favor. Worst service ever!

Unorganized, place is packed, bad customer service. The front desk people are very rude, and Don't even arrange paperwork by order. People who came after me got served before me, and I had to complain to get my paper in an order. I don't recommend at all
