We Are Here to Help

Women’s Resource Medical Centers of Southern Nevada provides complete, accurate information, free high-sensitivity pregnancy tests with immediate results, peer counseling, and state-of-the-art limited ultrasound services to women and couples who are making decisions about unintended pregnancies.

We desire to equip you to make informed healthy and livable decisions. At our facility you will encounter a supportive, helpful, and compassionate staff that are dedicated to aid you in exploring all your options.

Services Provided

Women’s Resource Medical Centers of Southern Nevada provides the following services at no charge for your convenience:

Pregnancy Testing
Our pregnancy tests are 97% accurate (when taken according to manufacturer's instructions) and are done in a clinical and private setting. Results will be known during your appointment.

Certified Crisis Counseling
We offer you a safe place to ask questions and discuss all of your options. Counselors are available for both males and females.

Medical Ultrasound
Medical ultrasounds are offered to determine fetal activity and viability.

Post Abortion
We offer counseling and support groups that work through symptoms associated with past abortions for both men and women.

Education
We offer education on fetal development, prenatal care, STI / STD and prevention.

Referral Services
We provide an extensive referral list of local resources such as financial, medical, legal, housing, general assistance, and much more.
