If they sechdule you for a certain time then you should be taking care of at that time not waiting almost an hour espically if they are about to close who knows what will happen you might have to reschedule and waste the rest of your day here....

The girl who scheduled my appt put me at a location that did not offer the procedure I needed. After waiting for an hour for my procedure I was told I needed to go to the rainbow location to be seen. They called and said if I went straight there I could he seen at 10. When I arrived 12 min later at rainbow they said they would see me at 4. Turns out the green valley location just sent me to get rid of me and the technician didn't want to work in another appt that day at rainbow. I won't use this provider again since they have no customer service or compassion for their patients.

Had several MRI'S done and called a few months later to get copy of CD and writen report same morning of a Dr appointment and the were so helpful to see that I had what needed

I'm claustrophobic so I had an extremely difficult time at the Lake Mead office because they didn't explain anything to me and I was to scared to go through with the MRI.  Good news it that I was rescheduled at the West Charleston office, I was treated so well I was able to complete the MRI.  The two young men gave me a quick tour and showed me what it looked like ahead of time and how they could hear me if i needed to come out.  They explained the process and allowed my husband to sit next to the machine during the 15 minute process on Friday 9/2/16
Without their patience and enthusiasm, I don't think it would have been a success.  I was so nervous before arriving and then so excited when I left that I forgot to get their names but I have to say they were incredibly kind and professional.  If I ever have to get another MRI, I know i'm going to ask to go to Pueblo Medical Imaging (PMI)!  Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience at the Charleston location.
