I went there to pay my respects to my girlfriend who lost her son. It was terrible the viewing was suppose to start at 4pm and they didn't even bring her sons body. In front of other grieving families they were taking out caskets from rooms like they were musical chairs in front of grieving families. It was so dam disrespectful. They should close that place down and get rid of the management. I felt so sorry for what families had to go through. Disgusting!!!!

By far the WORST experience my family encounter. I dont have not one good thing to say whats-soever.We were viewing our grandmother in this funeral home had we known how disgusting service was or what we were going to expect we would have never..our grandmothers body was being viewed by the wrong family, wrong room ,wrong clothing ,wrong jewelry. We also had the wrong flower arrangment. In the middle of our family viewing they came an exchange our grandmothers jewelry and also dyed her hair when we specifally requested not to.. i recommend this funeral to absolutley no one!

Time and time again you hear it and can’t believe the poor management no one answers questions and takes responsibility for the disaster and devastation they cause to the deceased’s family. As if losing a family member isn’t enough this funeral home misplaced the corpse and didn’t know they location of it items were missing and the list goes on.

Want to lose your loved one's body? Want to be treated like scum? Want to go through grief and tragedy then layer some despair, disrespect and hopelessness? The you've come to the right place. You'll be treated like a dollar sign, ESPECIALLY if you're non-hispanic. I am hispanic and to watch my in-laws be treated poorly because of the color of their skin was infuriating and demeaning. You won't get copies of anything you sign. You'll get hung up on if you ask questions. If you threaten to go somewhere else and file a report with the better business bureau, you
will be told to "get in line" and they'll process your death certificate with the wrong social security number delaying all paperwork, inheritances, estate sales as a way of spiting you. They lie about their cremation practices, they have surveillance cameras everywhere but of course pointing away from the VERY OBVIOUS MONEY LAUNDERING BUSINESS they are running. It's overpriced, gaudy and the customer service is abysmal and painful. If you read this and still go, well, you're a special kind of person I guess.
