I bought a roof rack here a few years ago and their service was excellent! I unfortunately ended up losing a part for it recently, and came in to ask for help. With just a photo of the part they were able to easily identify what I needed and set me up with a replacement. Amazing customer service and I'll definitely be back for anything else I need for my car rack. Would recommend this store to anyone who was thinking about buying a rack.

Rack Solid has absolutely the most knowledgeable people in the area.  I shopped around for a bike rack and after talking to the people at Rack Solid, it was immediately clear who I wanted to deal with.  They advised me perfectly and I bought the perfect rack for my needs at the most competitive price.  I wouldn't buy a rack anywhere else and will go back for any future needs.  Thanks

When someone first told me about Rack Solid, I thought why would I drive to Santa Monica when there are so many bike shops in town? I am so glad my instincts told me to head out there.They have a higher quality product  (I got a Thule) than most of the local bike shops. Also, the staff is knowledgable and helpful. Special shout out to Greg who put together my rack perfectly and showed me how to use it correctly. He's awesome and made my day!
