I had the best experience at this store, Ralph was great with his customer service and knowledge about the devices! I will be back in the store to get more devices soon!

Everyone is super nice and helpful....BUT.....I left my phone number there TWICE (called once, walked in once )to see about getting my phone repaired. Never received a call back.  Took phone to a battery repair shop in Ann Arbor and they fixed it within 10 minutes. Not really sure why they don't have time for local business? ?

I cracked my screen and within a hour radio shack had fixed it. There was one problem, but Ralph had fixed it in minutes. Ralph is great and I highly recommend radio shack

I needed a new phone and I needed it before a big trip I was about to take. They said that my phone would be shipped to their  store and I could pick it up when it comes in. We the phone never came, I don't even know if they ordered it because I went in there to see if it was there and they said that the USP truck never comes after 2:00.

Every time I go to Alpha Wireless they help me with MY needs. I never feel rushed, they take their time with each customer. Great customer service :)
