TIMES IN THERE WITH MY COMPUTER, WITH EACH TIME COSTING MORE MONEY UNTIL WE JUST TOOK OUR COMPUTER BACK THE WAY IT WAS, BETTER BUT STILL BROKEN AND OVER $300.00!  THEY GUESS AND TALK TALK TALK!  SOLD US A SECURITY VIPRE THAT YOU DON'T OWN THE RIGHTS TO THE PRODUCT KEY!  I WENT THERE BECAUSE OF ALL THESE GOOD REVIEWS!  (ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM HIS FRIENDS!  DONT FALL FOR HIS SCAM!) WISH I WOULD OF KNOWN THAT STAPLES DOES COMPUTER REPAIRS BEFORE I WENT HERE! OR FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY GOT FROM ME, WISH I WOULD OF LISTEN TO BEST BUY AND JUST BOUGHT A NEW ONE!

Disrespectful and rude. Prices are ridiculous as well as very racist owner. Products seem stolen and possibly trying to sell for quick profit. Beware and stay away. Owner tried to yell at me for not buying his expensive product and said I wouldn’t find it cheaper anywhere else because I’m crazy.

Wonderful service!  Under new management now (2016).  After going to another shop and being told it would be about 2-3 days, I went into Short Circuit and they immediately opened my PC up and fixed the problem- and it was VERY economical compared to the place I had visited before.  Would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Used them again today (March 2017)- they were tremendously helpful!  They are a Godsend in this town!

It may not be in the best looking building in town.. but the guy works with what he can! Went in there a few months back looking for a power supply, he didn't have one around the price I was looking for (Which at the time was in a jam) but he did offer me an 800 Watt Corsair that he had up on the shelf for I believe $120... after he had said that I was going to decline but he had understood that I was in the market for something cheaper so he had offered it to me for what it would of cost me to find the same one on Ebay or another online store and gave it to me for $80. NOTE: For all the people who complain that he is too expensive or will rip you off... There an upcharge on EVERTHING, EVERYWHERE.. just like every other business he has to keep the lights on in the building and at home! If you dont like the price... look online.
