About a month or so ago we had a bathroom toilet water line literally explode (!!) late at night, sending a water feet into the air, all over the floor. An entire valve had somehow managed to destroy itself. Was able to get it stopped and our old regular plumbing service did not call me back after leaving two messages - I won't call them out, but they're also a local name and BOO to them for not returning calls! But maybe that was a good thing - we found a recommendation for Ragsdale online so I called - and within minutes received a call back from "Colby". He was less than an hour out and understood the problem. Turned around from literally going home for the evening I think, and came out. Even though he hadn't seen anything like our problem as severe before, he literally had it fixed within a few minutes. I'm unfortunately one of those people who watch a lot so could tell he was doing it right. After he was done he ran the pipes a while to clear them out, double-checked everything, made sure what he did was holding fine, and that was it. Very polite, and very thorough. So I'm glad my old company didn't call me back - found these guys who do work at least as good, and they DO call back, so will be using them in the future! (side note): I should point out that any plumbing company will charge you an extra fee for coming out after 5pm or on weekends as an "emergency charge", but the reps were very upfront and clear about this on the phone before even coming out. It was worth it considering what had to be done and there were no hidden charges later - what we were told we'd be charged is what we were charged. Decent price considering.

My experience today was awesome. I had two issues and they came out on the same day. Chris and James were the technicians. One issue is major plumbing for James who will be back on Friday. He made me comfortable and he kept it real and to the point. Chris was amazing. He came in and made sure my furnace was getting to the temperature it should be getting and not cold...great job...

We did not think we could get a service tech any better than Mason - he was beyond amazing, and then we got JP! He was professional, efficient, and did an outstanding job with a great attitude. JP is absolutely committed to excellence. We could not be more pleased. We are hoping to have JP as our regular service tech. The guy had to deal with a bakery full of women, and he survived! Great job JP!

Excellent customer service and very professional. Chris was the electrician who fixed landscape lighting problems for me and installed a patio light. Everything was done perfectly and he was kind and made me feel at ease. This was my first experience with Ragsdale and I will definitely use them in the future. I was very impressed.

Greg S. did our lower level AC unit service maintenance as per contract on 09/29/2017. He was such a nice, laid back worker, he was very patient and professional with me answering all of my questions, I always ask a lot of questions. He did a great job on our AC unit, and Ragsdale by far is the best company in our area, they installed our AC about a year ago and it is working great! It’s nice they have plumbers and electricians too, it’s like one stop shopping. Thanks again, to Greg S. and Ragsdale.
