The most rude experience I've ever had pretty much with anyone. The owner of the company, I'm assuming, used cuss words on the phone with me because i asked if there were any records for our recently purchased home. I'm nearly in tears! Do not use this man. Anyone to speak to someone like that is not a professional nor a moral person. I was so polite and courteous, i have no idea why he just spoke to me like that, belittling me, fully! I wouldn't use this guy simply for that reason! If someone has that low of moral compass, no telling what else he could/would do!

VERY,VERY,VERY RUDE PLUMBER!!! This is sad because the lady who answered the phone Was very nice and advised me that someone would call me when they were on their way. No one called until they arrived at my house and I was not home cause I was waiting for the phone call in a gentleman on the phone told me to never call him back because it's gonna cost him too much money even though I told him I was only 2 minutes away I would not recommend this place unfortunately because of how rude the gentleman on the phone Was.

They replaced my gas water heater and did an excellent job of piping ( both water and exhaust).

The owner is very rude and unprofessional. I would prefer to use a company with better customer service.
