I found Plumbing Express on Yelp and based on the reviews I decided to give them a try. I was able to make an appointment quickly and all questions were answered very clearly. I teach and didn't want to take off. The scheduler informed me that I would make an appointment for the 2-6pm window and someone would call me 30 minutes before my appointment. Well, they didn't call 30 minutes in advance like I thought. Instead, it was 45 minutes advanced notice. AWESOME! This gave me plenty of time to get home, and I didn't have to miss any work. Russell is my technician, and he is GREAT! He was prompt, friendly, and informative. He was clear about what needs to be done and so far the price is reasonable. The job isn't completed, but I'm very satisfied with how things are going so far. Russell got as much done as possible and again being considerate of my time he's already made it clear that he'll work with me to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Dylan was our technician and was great. Overall, quick response time to our clogged kitchen drain (same day; within 45 minutes). Great service, price was great. Can't complain and will be recommending to others. I've had issues with non-responsive plumbers in the past but these guys were the opposite. Highly recommended.

To: Owner(s) of Plumbing Express Please read the following. Had a toilet leak in July of 2017 Called Plumbing Express and was told that the toilet did not have to be replaced because it only needed to be rebuilt Cost $278 Second Toilet leaking in October 2017 Called Plumbing Express and was told that the second toilet did not have to be replaced and only needed to be rebuilt. Cost $278 December 2017 it was reported that the toilet was not flushing properly. Howard from Plumbing Express shows up on January 10 2018 and tells me that both toilets should have been replaced. January 10 2018 I spoke with Dan the manager at Plumbing Express, explaining my concern, regarding, being told in July and October 2017, by both techs, that the toilets only needed a rebuild. Dan scheduled a follow up appointment shortly after January 10 2018 so he could take a look at both toilets, and had to cancel the appointment due to bad weather. I never received a call back to re-schedule. January 2018 I had two competitor plumbers come out, and they BOTH diagnosed the toilets as in need of replacement. Their cost to rebuild toilets would have been $125/$150 vs the $278 I paid Plumbing Express. Both competitors advised both toilets be replaced. Feb 6 2018 I called Plumbing Express and re-iterated my concern with Dan, and he led with not wanting to make this right. I told Dan that I wanted to be refunded $278 for one of the toilet rebuilds, and he told me, "you can want whatever you want," basically denying me any refund. Poor Customer Service. I was relying on the tech/Plumbing Express to fix my issue and was told that the toilets only needed to be rebuilt. I told Dan that the ball is now in his court, I didn't want to discuss details anymore, and I wanted a call back, and a refund of $278 to make good on this catastrophe. Dan’s response, "Sure" and then he hung up the phone on me. Poor Customer Service again. Feb 6 2018 Waiting for callback from Dan regarding refund. Let's see what happens. Feb 6 2018 What I want: A call back and a refund of at least $278 for the toilet rebuilds. What has to happen now: I have to pay someone else to replace two toilets; you can pick up the old ones if you want to. February 7 2018 I have not received a call from Plumbing Express to resolve this issue. No follow up. JT

Returned my call very quickly and sent some one out who was very professional and friendly. Very happy with the service I received. Will definitely use them again.

Russell replaced my water line after a leak left us without barely any water for a couple of days. Professional and efficient. Offered multiple solutions as far as repairing the pipe for a temp fix, or to get the whole thing replaced with a 5 year warranty. Would definitely recommend to any one with any future problems.
