Do not use this company. I was required to do a lot of extra work that was unnecessary. A leak turned into almost $1000 total to be fixed with me purchasing the fixture, I replaced the studs, and added extra, and I initially cut out the drywall for them to work in the area of the leak! They just needed to replace a fixture!  I asked the technician to give me a minute to process the cost.  He followed me and kept talking about how it wasn’t HIS PRICING! I’m angry and ask for him to wait on my porch for his Boss who was on his way, supposedly! (JOSH)  He left and went and parked on the next street. Would not come back to the job! He couldn’t do it! He tried to blow up the price! I had already bought a “Plumb Works Plan” to help my cost go down! Yeah! It didn’t! Not significantly enough for it to make a difference! I realize plumbing is expensive! But I did most of the work and then they couldn’t finish the job! Bad customer service EXCEPT FOR SHANNON! But she’s the office manager. Not in the field. The plumbers are NOT all LICENSED! They are NOT CERTIFIED, and Chris Jones was in Training!!!! Maybe that’s why he walked off the job, claiming I couldn’t be worked with? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My garbage disposal was leaking from the bottom, and we expected that it needed to be replaced. When I called Plumb Works, Shontae was very courteous and helpful. I was very surprised that I was able to get an appointment the same day that I called. Nate was the plumber who came out to service my disposal, and he was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the tips that he gave to me regarding the maintenance of the new disposal that he installed. I had a wonderful experience with Nate and Plumb Works! I am a first-time customer and definitely plan to have Plumb Works, Inc. take care of any future plumbing needs that we may have.

Never again will I use a  company that charges a trip charge after the fact  and then jacks up their cost  by 20% and then tells you if you don't use them you owe $69.  I got a quote to install a mediocre hot water heater for almost $1700.  Knew that was outrageous , so I decided just to pay the $69.  i then got the best plumber  that installed a top of the line water heater total cost $1200.  So do your homework before.

Excellent Service.  Very knowledgeable.  Came out same day during busy holiday season to fix clogged main pipe.  Reasonably priced for the service offered compared to other quotes.  I would highly recommend Plumb Works for all your plumbing needs.  Max, our technician, was the best.  Thank you Max for fixing our main line stoppage in a time of need!

Jeff was great to work with.  He took the time to explain to me what was occurring.  He was very polite and profession.  He was conscientious.  This was my second time using Plumb Works.  My first experience was equally good.  I will certainly use them again.
