Very nice our room is on the 2 floor outside the WiFi isn't all that great though. The view is the swimming pool which is very clean and well taken care of and the water feels great to be able to cool off from the hot day. We book the rooms online so it's way cheaper than paying it without a discount. They have a place where we can wash clothes and it only costs $2. They have places to walk to get food and they have a bar they just rebuilt and opened up so they get a lot of business dealing with that. Its called The Flamingos. The rooms are very big for a 1 king sized bed and it's very comfortable and they a big buffet breakfast early in the morning.

This is the worst hotel ever!!! The front desk clerks are RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. The first room was horrible. The bed was dirty, bathroom filthy, and the room smelled horrible. I asked to be moved to a different room. I paid for a king suite and received a small king room with an old tv. The phone was broken. I called back for the second time to explain items were missing and the phone was broken. I was told I'd been moved once and could not be moved again. The second shift front desk clerks were just as rude as the first. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! Please keep your money and go elsewhere. I've stayed at other Ramada's in different states and I must say I've never experienced anything like this. Random people hang outside and in the parking lot. The pool is not clean. I called the corporate office and received no answer. Customer service stated they would submit a report but had no info on how to reach a manager. I will never book a room or spend my money at this crappy hotel or any other Ramada again and I will tell everyone I know NOT to book with this hotel in their lifetime. The customer's experience should be a pleasant one and they didn't even attempt to address my concerns. They receive a -1000 in customer service. Go back to the basics and give these idiots customer service 101 training. It seems they picked people off the street with no experience or common sense to run their desk. Totally unprofessional and classless. Dont waste your time! Keep driving to a better hotel.

Easy to access, with a good breakfast option. The bed was not bad at all, but the bathroom needs remodeled. We only slept there and had a quick breakfast, so for the 9 hours we were there it was not bad. We would stay again if we just needed a easy place to stop and grab a few hours of sleep.

Conveniently located near Interstates 80 and 20. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. The continental breakfast definitely needs improvement though.

It needs to be completely remodeled. Stinks badly. Unclean rooms. I got sick from staying here. I looked at breakfast and it was so gross. Run away from this disaster fast! My credit card was also compromised here by shady workers. The worst!
