The staff here is amazing. Lisa at the front desk is super fun to converse with. The house keeping staff is attentive to your schedule. The maintenance staff goes out there way to fix any issues like lights burning out. I am gonna five star this because there are circumstances that the hotel can't control but do work to try and address them. Like kids staying in the hotel with "chaperones" who like to play around in the evening.

I loved our room, it was nice and clean. Breakfast was great, coffee was delicious. One issue was that housekeeping didnt bring us fresh clean towels and pick up our trash until I called Guest Services; we stayed 2 nights. The other issue was that we reserved and paid for a king room with a king size bed but the bed was not king size at all. We have king size bed at home and my husband is 6ft 5. We have quite a distance between us in our bed and his feet does not hang out from the end. In the hotel bed, we were so close I had to be careful not to accidentally hit him and vice versa. Also he barely fit I that bed and his feet did hang out. Overall I would still stay in the hotel again.

My parents stayed this past weekend. They came in late after already having an awful day. The young lady, Amanda, checked them in with a smile. They got to the room and their key cards didn’t work. The young lady redid their keys and again they didn’t work, the young lady again re did them and apologized for the inconvenience and gave them the password to the faster WiFi. They had clearly over booked and the young lady called other hotels and got the people we seen at the front desk while getting our keys fixed a room and a price match. She went above and beyond what most would have done. We called for extra pillows and the tall young man had them to us in a matter of minutes. The hotel was really nice and clean. For most part relaxing. It seemed they had a lot of young kids staying for something overall my parents had a wonderful experience and I enjoyed the time with my family. The young lady was still there after what I can imagine with all those kids was a crazy night smiling and talking and offering breakfast bags to those of us leaving before breakfast was ready. My family and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a stress free time.

This place is so clean and so nice. I recommend this place to anyone. Only stayed one night but it was so quiet and comfortable and the price is not bad. I will stay here for sure the next time i visit my home town.

The SpringHill Suites by Marriott® (in Bossier City, Louisiana). It’s an all-suite hotel that seamlessly blends design and functionality offering the modern amenities you need to stay refreshed and focused – all at an affordable price. I had a very clean room! I came in contact with very nice staff. Very friendly. It appears to be newly renovated, which is always a plus. I enjoyed waking up and seeing the horse’s morning workout at the Louisiana Downs, which is walking distance from the hotel. 
It was late one night and someone was knocking on our room door. I heard them, but I thought they would realize they had the wrong room and leave. No… they didn’t. They knocked off and on until I got up at midnight to answer them. The lady was apologetic. She said the desk had given her this room- thank goodness her key-card did not work! I assured her that we were occupying the room and she left. Ten minutes later we got another knock from a "maintenance man" who said someone called and reported a problem with the thermostat (good one). We told him we did not call and sent him away. The next day when I checked out, I found out that I had never been checked in. Other than the late night visits and difficulty with check in, everything was good. The hotel is clean the breakfast is good, the facilities are in good working order, and the casino and horse track are just steps away.
