I've recently had dinner at Red Lobster twice last week. I went on the 15th for my mom's birthday and there was a piece of hair on my salad bowl. The next day, I went for my boyfriend's birthday and there was a small bug in my Caesar salad. My advice to anyone would be don't order any salad from them. No one even offered a discount off the bill. Therefore,  I will  never be going there again.

The food was very good and the service was great, not a wait to be seated.  It was clean and no e atmosphere.  I love their Bloody Marys.  I was trying to be funny when I ordered my steak as to how I wanted it done, the waitress didn't understand and it was overcooked, I mentioned it apologized to her and I was brought out a new one exactly what I wanted.  It was handled beautifully.  We will go back!!

My first time here with friends and our waitress Ms. Cookie is AWESOME. Very professional and has good customer skills.  When I'm back in the area, I will be going back  when she is working.

Called order in.  Waited 20 minutes as request.  After arrival to pickup order, I waited in line for at least 15 minutes.  I was very frustrated from the wait so I took the food and headed home.   Once I opened the bag, i noticed that they made a dreadful mistake on my order.  I ate it anyway because I didnt want to go back out.  The food was gross.  It tasted like leftover microwaved fish

I liked this place so much. The Unlimited shrimp in the menu is a good deal.
