We have been traveling to St. George for several years, but never thought to give this place a shot. My husband realized on our recent trip to the island that the parking lot was always packed and because of this, we gave it a chance. We were not let down. The food was great! Don’t let the exterior sway you away, the Red Pirate is the real deal.

The server was fantastic. The cooks sent slightly cooked (soft) calamari out and should have made it more crispy. Ordered shrimp and it was slightly fried, sent it back to complete the frying process. NOTHING WORSE THAN UNDER COOKED SEAFOOD. Don't know if I would return for a meal here. The entrance area was smelled of smoke due to people smoking and waiting on a table. Non smokers beware.

These are the one off, hole in the wall places i like. Staff was friendly. Service was good. Food was good... nothing special but it was tasty and well prepared. Reasonably priced.

The food is great!!! Best scallops in town. Prices were perfect. Definitely going back!!

Always a must stop during our yearly vacation. There is always a 1.5 to 2hr wait, but I think it is very much worth it. Highly recommend the funnel cake fries as an appetizer! So yummy!!!! Great live music as well either in the form of karaoke or a band depending on the day of the week.
