We stayed here before and were happy with our stay. This time - NO! The indoor pool was not heated - either broken or not turned on, the hot tub didn't work, and even the shower in the pool area didn't work. So much for allowing the kids to enjoy the pool area!! Also one of the two exercise machines didn't work and there was no drinking water (cooler empty). There were no extra sheets/blankets for the fold out couch in the room, which means trekking down to the front desk to wait in the check in line (again) after a late arrival so everyone would have bedding. All of these make for small inconveniences by themselves that add up to a lot for families who stay with kids. I used to think it was an good value for a suite. Now it's just gone downhill. Next time we'll be staying at one of the other hotels nearby.

Staff was super friendly, maybe too friendly, and the rooms are pretty good size, and the beds were VERY comfortable, but the pool was almost green and the water temperature was on the warm side and the whirlpool was out of service. Even though I don't drink the beer tap was visible but they didn't have beer license yet. And to top it off we were given our keys we booked 2 rooms 4th floor, they gave us a key to wrong room to a room that was already rented so we walked in on a family with small children! This is extremely dangerous and a liability! I can guarantee  this happened do to the friendliness of the staff at front desk. 2 people at desk try to take care of guests each plus have a conversation between the 2 of themselves, while at the same time making phone calls to the guests (on speaker phone) to make sure the room is in good shape just after they get in their. Prioritize duties and focus on the current situation one at a time.

Great, clean, and friendly! Always a great stay when I’m here for work. Jerry is always a great help when I arrive in the late evenings and makes my check-in smooth every time!

The pool if hot and the hot tub is broken and the room key only works half the time. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of other good hotels near by.

Nice, clean hotel for a decent price. Beds are very comfortable, however the sofa bed wasn't at all. Felt like cardboard. The gal at the front desk was super nice & friendly. We checked in late but had a nice stay here. Would recommend to others in the area.
