Very nice! New furniture,  TV, Frig, microwave, carpet. Evaluator had card key. Restaurants 500 feet away and on site. Located in a business district but only 10 minute drive From downtown DC.

The experience at the Days Inn Lanham was awesome!!! Our first room had been smoked in and the desk clerk gladly switched our room. The room was clean and spacious. Will definitely return.

The late night front desk associate was rude had no sense of customer service. Found a bug which resembled a bed bug in our room . Took it to front desk guy was more worried about getting rid of the bug. Then he told us to take sheets off bed and made US put on new sheets . If it wasn't for the lack availability of hotel rooms in the area I would've left right then and there, but nice shower.

The room we were given had a broken latch on the window so it wouldn't close.  The floors weren't vacuumed and the door was hard to open.  The front desk staff really didn't have a clue what they were doing.  Our room was roughly 75 feet from a train track so you hear and feel that all night.

They rooms were clean and modern. The staff was super friendly.
