My family used the conference space for a holiday dinner. The hotel provided A/V equipment and was helpful in preparation for or event. I would recommend this site to anyone looking a venue to host an event. Very clean and easy access from beltway.

Most everything was great. Comfortable rooms, decent amenities. Not everyone was as friendly as they could have been, but nothing was unacceptable. Rooms were clean. Beds and couches were comfortable. The bathroom is the part of the room was a complete joke. The door opens inward and can't open properly because it hits the toilet about a third of the way in. This is especially hilarious because it's a Marriott, not a Motel 6. Also the water pressure is low. And the coffee pot was unusable as it was missing pieces. Overall though it was a good experience.

I'm a Marriott fan, and in general, this was a good stay. Breakfast was Sunrise sandwich (eggs, cheese and ham on a fresh roll) and location was very close to my training facility. The bad part, room had some problems. An oddly dirty end table with sticky black substance. An oddly large toe nail clipping under the TV. Lastly, an oddly stinky left over dinner from a previous guest in the mini fridge. I did call the front desk and was offered a different room and was given some 2500 points on my club card. So not a bad stay, just housekeeping dropped the ball a bit.

Accommodations are clean, spacious, and typical for this type of hotel. Staff is friendly and courteous. My only real gripe are the chairs in the room. The most uncomfortable things in the world. Had to go outside to a lounge chair to sit comfortably at night. The enclosed courtyard is pretty nice though so I didn't mind it.

What a great hotel!! We ended up there at 4:30 pm after leaving the Wyndham Garden in Cheverly prior to even staying there for lack of cleanliness. The Courtyard Marriott staff was totally hospitable and sensitive to our out of town guests that just had the worst experience in their lives at the Wyndham; putting them totally at their ease. This Marriott exceeded all of our expectations. Service, rooms, food and cleanliness was top notch. I immediately became a member. Short pleasant walk to the metro or use the clean friendly shuttle service. No walkable restaurants nearby as it is in a well maintained corporate area. There is a Subway shop in a building across the street. However the food on the plentiful menu right at the Marriott is super great...as is the breakfast. Super great lifeguard overseeing the indoor pool. Will be back again.
