Had a great time at the Best Western. My accommodations was very nice. It was clean quiet and I enjoyed my stay. Only problem is The elevated is too small for my mobility scooter. My room was clean and comfortable. I did prefer a full size bedspreads instead of that half of bedspread. If you can have more channels than just HBO. Other than that had a great time. The staff was nice and helpful. We had our family reunion there and it was very nice.I thank the staff for making our family reunion run smooth and successful.

The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was clean and spacious. The breakfast staff greeted me upon entrance and exit of the facility. The lobby area was real nice. My one concern is the 100.00 hold on my credit card for incidentals/problems during my stay, It was returned to my credit card upon checkout. I suggested a receipt should be offered re the charge in case the card holder needed any proof for the credit card company.

I want to give a five, but the bed was. Too. Soft. I felt like Goldilocks trying out Mama Bear's bed, and I'm only 150 pounds. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. They use real eggs for the scrambled eggs at the buffet. The turkey bacon was delicious. The lounge area is beautiful.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, but the decor of the hotel needs to be updated (especially the outside). The inside was much better than the outside but still needs a lot of work. Had a double queen bed room and one of the beds had a big dip in it. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. If you are only staying for one night, it is a place to lay your head at a reasonable price, however, I would not recommend this hotel for more than that. I will not be back.

Lisa Wood the front desk manager is awesome. She is professional, friendly, and accommodating. She has made my stay there very enjoyable. She gives great customer service and her staff is very courteous and respectful under her management.
