I have bought several redwings over the years. Recently bought a pair with horribly set rivets that dig into my ankle. Went to the store to ask for repair and was rudely handled by a happy holiday clown. Never buy from these guys. It’s Christmas and you should have a rivet gun in the store.

Amazing experience here! I walked out with my first pair of Red Wing boots after the associate listened to what I needed and helped me narrow it down. The store smells AMAZINGLY of leather! I've never had such a pleasant experience at a shoe store before. HIGHLY recommended!
