I walked into this store not knowing what I needed for my new job, other than having steel toe shoes. The manager June helped me find the best shoe for my job, knowing exactly what the corporation required me to wear, fitting the size and insole to the perfect fit with my small feet. The shoes are awesome and I can't wait to start my job. Thanks for all the help and will most definitely return for future purchases.

If you want an unbelievably comfortable pair of boots that is custom fit to your feet, come to Red Wing Boots first! I buy my work boots here, and nowhere else comes even close to offering the service or knowledge of boots that the staff has.

First impression was that it being a small location the selection would be limited....not the case. Selection was great. Clean store. Staff was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I have made a total of 3 visits now each time to size my foot so I could make a potential purchase on Amazon, but with each visit I have been reluctant to buy online. Red Wing offers after shoe purchase amenities that do not come if one of their products is purchased anywhere else. Totally worth buying in store. I have also learned through extensive research on Red Wing boots that the prices are on par with other vendors. Highly recommend checking the store out and reviewing their store warranties and perks before purchasing anywhere else. I plan on making another buy this week. Great store, great customer service and great product. You will not be disappointed.

Poor Customer Service....Again. I tried going in the store a few weeks back and the guy with the glasses seemed uninterested in helping me find the right boots. Thought I caught him on a bad day so I came back to give it another shot.  Walked in and got the same response, he didn't want to spend the time to sell me a pair of $250 boots. I will not be going back to support this local business, Amazon Prime it is.

Great service and quality but the boots aren't fully recraftable, only resoleable.
