One of the most ridiculous return policies, returning a Christmas Gift, and they refund the price that the jacket is now, not the price we paid, even though we have a recipe.

Don't order online from this site due to the fact that they can't even send new pair of shoes or shoes sizes that MATCH! So the story is I ordered a new pair of Adidas and when I opened them up, I realized the left shoe's sole was yellow as if has been out in the sun or on display for months! Were as the right shoe looked brand new. So being disgruntled I sent them back and just decided to get a different pair of Adidas which were the same price. When I got these ones.. THE SHOE SIZE'S DIDN'T EVEN MATCH! One was a size 10 and one was an 8.5! So at this point I've wasted to much time dealing with this and decided to get a refund. This happened all across two weeks  so I advise anyone thinking about buying shoes on this site is to save your money and time! and take it somewhere more reputable and reliable.

The costumer service was great the product is good but I had them put the long board together but they didn't put it together right and the bolts where loose
