Very good customer service, would have liked more color choices. Yes. Birkenstock are a bit more in store, however if new to the style and need accurate fit and you really want to see, feel and know they are right for you. They are worth paying a bit more. Proper Fit!!! Thanks for a.great experience

First off they have an amazing staff. Everyone is friendly, no one is pushy, and they always offer to spray down my shoes with a water resistant spray when I purchase something.
They are fantastic and have helped me with many of my shoe purchases. I typically go to them first before anywhere else in town.

Nice people. But they charge more for their Birkenstock then the Birkenstock web page.

Manager is incredible with extensive knowledge of shoes and how people wear their shoes and how the shoes are going to wear on their feet very impressive!
