Friendly service, I go here to get my shoes repaired and shined. But they have a wonderful selection of shoes for folks who may have trouble with their feet

1st visit - Great customer service from the young woman named Billy ...even made better by Chris...UPDATE - 2nd visit (2 plus weeks later) - My left shoe wasn't wearing the same as my right shoe and without hesitation Chris outfitted me in some nice orthotics to make the shoe more comfortable - at no additional cost!

FYI He also responds to his customer's feedback personally. This review wasn't a 4 star to start. Today's visit and commitment to above and beyond customer service made it that. Going for the 5 star when my 2nd pair of shoes arrive in February.

Rosendahl's is very customer friendly and a pleasure to do business with. We have been using them for over 15 years and have always received great service and fair prices. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for foot care and shoes.

These guys know their stuff. They work with doctors to help solve your foot, back, knee, hip pain. Nice selection of shoes from thongs to dress shoes. Lots of accessories. If you are hurting you might just walk out of this store pain free.

Great customer service?? I went twice in one week and the first time I didn’t even get a hello much less the chance to ask any questions.  It’s really awkward to walk in to such a small establishment and be completely ignored. Chalked it up to an “off day” and tried again but the 2nd trip didn’t leave me feeling any more warm and fuzzy. I did get to have my kids feet sized for the shoes she wanted but evidently they carry nothing in store so I was given a catalog and was hard-pressed to get any clarification on style, color, different material(leather, nubuck etc) as the sales person kept walking away in to the back room.  Each time I asked a question he seemed put out and would grab the catalog and tell me I think this or think that.  Don’t think, know and if you don’t know find out.
