My wife and I love making a Vans visit when we trip out to Boise 🤘

The folks that work there are genuine and super helpful. A gentleman named 'Josh' to be exact has made a positive impression on us. He helps us out with what's new and what looks good with-what. He and a few others have a good memory of my wife and I so naturally we feel welcomed! In fact it is Josh's character that brings us back! They got a great crew, great brand.. what else do you want?

Very poor customer svc. Young woman working today literally bumped into us 4x trying to restock the shelves.  I reaize the area was small but she treated us like a total nuisance. Your side work is clearly paramount to your customer svc.  Go to a local skate shop or shop online instead.

I purchased new vans for my son and at the store, while they were eager to get the shoes to try on, they never measured my son's feet or provided any feedback. We were torn on 2 sizes and not once did the employee advise us. We purchased the larger size and my son wore them for about 30 minutes in another store, they kept sliding and it was very uncomfortable. The next day we took them back and the staff was very rude and didn't want to return them. While I understand they were worn outside, this wasn't advised to us as that could be a problem for returns, and we were not helped to make the right sizing choice. They were exchanged but I wasn't treated very well and in the future I will purchase my Vans at another store where I will get the service necessary to get the right size.
