This is a go to shoe shop with good selection product wise but if you need any actual help.... Well you should try shopping somewhere else. There are a couple of helpful people but not overall. Men's larger sized shoes are often not in stock.

I went with my wife this morning to look for men sneakers. After spending almost 45 minutes trying on different brands, considering that we will be going to Turkey in a couple of weeks so we need a shoe that is trekker friendly. All of a sudden, three police officers showed up. They asked us to leave in the most rude and embarrassing manner, because they said someone ( employee) called them, saying that we spent too much time looking for shoes. According to them( store employees) by looking at shoes at the back of the store make us look suspicious, even though all the men shoes are at the back. As a black man,I don't want to play a race card here because I was with a white lady and we were all treated with the same disrespect, as customers. But the approach left me wondering if she will be treated with the same suspicion provided I was not there. We believe that no matter how hard you try to treat us differently, we are all humans. No one can change that. We have more in common than our differences. We thank the lady( an employee) who was helping us when the police arrived. We are sorry that she has to share this of our ordeal when the first officer approached her, without saying hello, and asked if she work there, just because she has no uniform on. What you think of us doesn't  change who we are. From the bottom of our heart, we bear no grudge against shoe station. We wish you all the best, with peace and unconditional love.👟

Mr.brandon (General Manager) was very helpful and attentive to my requests. Pleasant to speak with.Purchased three pairs of shoes in one day.Will definitely go back again.
