Always a pleasant Lowe's to visit. I have run into more helpful happy people at this Lowe's than any others. Especially Helen in Locks and Keys if you need anything she is ready and willing to do what it takes to find the item for you and search the back stock or upper shelves to get you what you need as a customer. Only one note this Lowe's always seems to be out of popular items closer to restocking. The Lowe's on Washington Road will usually have a few if this Lowe's is out. I love the happy smiling faces here and the selection is getting better everyday for the Weekend Warrior in all of us.

I want to thank 2 employees for really great service. First, a very special commendation to Wayne Owens for his extremely thorough help in finding the exact plumbing hardware that my wife wanted. He was not only helpful, he was also engaging and inspirational to my son who was accompanying me. Second, your cashier, Olivia, finished our visit in the friendliest manner I have come across in months. It is certain that I will shop at this particular Home Depot again, hoping to see them again.

Review for customer service for calling the store only: Called 4 times, a cumulative 40 minutes on hold or repeating my inquiry to various departments I'd been transferred to that did not handle what my question was for. Was repeatedly sent back to the phone selection tree with no words from customer service, presumably the same employee remembering my question & sending me back because they had tried to route me to the correct department & it hadn't worked. Finally, someone in one of the incorrect departments I was routed to walked over & got an employee on the phone in the correct department. Said employee was either on a defective phone or had not had training on how to speak clearly into the phone in a loud box store, & I could not understand him well. It took quite a while for me to clearly hear that he was quoting me a price for a material that was over a foot too short for my needs. Do no waste your time with calling this location if you need to know that a store has what you're looking for before you drive out. two stars instead of one, because previous in store visits have been inoffensive & I don't want to knock down the overall score too much when the employees have been putting in a good enough effort in person.

This Lowe's has excellent products and even a good amount of clearance items in a lot of departments....however if you need help its nearly impossible to find a willing employee..and since you won't have help in finding what you need you had better make sure you hold onto your receipt because there may be an issue returning your item items

I have to say this was the best experience yet at this store. I had 2 gentleman that wasnt quite sure how the machine worked but went beyond to figure it out. By working together to get what I needed done. Thank you very much Jason and Gabe. You are definitely the kind of works people need.
