Edgar is the best. A total dream. He is professional, exceptional at his trade, and is able to execute the perfect red. Always pleasant and easy to talk with, I cannot say enough great things about him and his business.

When I met Leslie Morgan a year and a half ago, I haven't allowed anyone else to touch my hair since then.  She's incredible; very interested in getting the cut you want, super creative, funky just where you want it.  I can promise you that a week doesn't go by without a stranger complimenting me on my asymetrical cut.

I cannot speak for the rest of Reflections itself. It seems to be a fine salon, not the fanciest I've been in, but its comfortable enough.  The 5 stars are really for Leslie, who has never let me down.  

By the way, I have straight hair and so does she, but a close friend has super curly hair. I referred her to Leslie, and she said she's done a superb job working on her thick curls as well.  Ask for Leslie: you can't go wrong!

The staff makes sure you're comfortable while you are waiting.  The stylists really listen to what you want and then achieve the look.  Great cuts in a fun, friendly environment.

The stylist did not take much time talking with me about the picture I brought in before cutting, and as I result I got something quite different from what I had in mind.  I called the next day to ask him to look at it again (something any salon that charges 60$ including tip should do), and the booking person never inquired about the problem or apologized, and told me a different date and time for the redo than he wrote in the book.  When I showed up for the redo the booking person called me by my last name the entire time (no Ms., just my last name) and told me that I must have misheard the date and would need to come back another time.  The stylist did redo the cut, but made it clear that he was not happy about it, and he never really understood what I wanted him to do so it is basically the same, only shorter.  Not a great experience.
