My wife went in for a full coloring on Jan 20 with Ashley. The top was too dark. She made an appointment to correct it today, but the stylist was dismissive, then said she would have to reschedule if she wanted her to do anything. She has been going to Moxie for a few years and Richard was her stylist. He has since left, which is a shame. My wife and daughter will not be going to Moxie anymore.

I received horrible highlights. I asked to be "brighter" for my upcoming wedding and instead I left with white hair and very noticeable dark roots. This appointment wasted 3 hours of my time and I paid over $200. I have never complained about a hair service before (I have never even posted a bad review on Yelp for any type of service) but I needed my hair fixed before my wedding so I made an appointment a couple days later. When I went back my stylist was obviously agitated and angry. She said she did not have time to fix my hair so she put a lowlight glaze on it and said "it will last for a couple of weeks if you don't wash your hair everyday". She also made me pay for the glaze. Her bad attitude made me feel so uncomfortable, I asked to leave before my hair was completely dry. The owner got involved when I was leaving but honestly it was too little, too late.

Hey this place is wonderful! I went yesterday to get a bob cut from my very long hair. I was nervous because I've never had short hair, but the stylist who cut my hair did a fantastic job. It's flattering to my face shape and the right length/weight to stop my curls from shrinking up or having too much volume in a weird place. It's also a great building and a good experience. I really, really loved this place!

Super staff and superb service. It's evident why people love this place. The owner, Todd, treats you like family even though he must have a ton clients. They are always busy so make sure to call them first to make an appointment. Enjoy!

Hannah Hodge is an excellent hair stylist. She felt my hair and was spot on about what kind of hair I have and knew exactly how to cut it to make it look amazing. Will definitely be back to see her and see what she can do with color!!
