This place is awesome. I love the atmosphere, very zen. Also the customer service, is awesome and they're super personable. But most importantly they SLAY the brows. Today was my first time, and Kimberly done my brows. It is probably the best brow wax I've ever had. I will be coming again and again. It is worth the $18-20. Pleased to say I've found my "brow home" in Cville!!!

I started going to see Brooke for brow tints and waxes shortly after she opened her space in Charlottesville. She has completely transformed my brows, and even saved my lashes from an out-of-town extension debacle! Highly recommend - will be a lifelong customer! Brooke, you are the best!

I've been getting my brows done at threaders in the mall and in the back of nail salons for years. Why on earth did I put myself through that hell for so long? I legitimately didn't know you could have an enjoyable low pain eye brow experience! It smelled fabulous, everyone was so nice, online booking is so easy. Give it a shot, you definitely won't regret it and will leave with a smile on your face!

I was a first time client for them. The waxing specialist was wonderful and made my comfort & job her main concern. I am about to go for my follow up. I most definitely be a repeat client. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Love, love, LOVE Brooke and the Brow House! I've struggled with finding a great person to wax my dark, quite bold eyebrows for my whole life, and Brooke has shaped them to the best they've ever looked. I'm always excited for my next appointment -- thanks Brooke and Brow House team! :D
