We booked two eyebrow wax appointments. We were 10 minutes late and they refused to take either of us. Their explanation was that they were going to do both of our eyebrows in 15 mins. Anyone that can wax your eyebrows in 7 minutes is not doing an efficient job. When I get my eyebrows waxed it takes 15 mins at a minimum. We will not be returning. I can understand if they canceled one of our appointments but it was wrong for them to refused both appointments.

Decent price, lovely interior and happier with my hair than I have been. Sonam is very professional and my hair looks healthy and pretty.

It's a very nice place with friendly staff. However, I asked for layers throughout and a 1/2 inch AT MOST off the ends. We agreed before she started cutting on how much would come off. Once she was done she had taken at least 2 inches. I know stylists have their own opinions on how much hair should come off to make it healthy etc. but at the end of the day it's my hair and I'm the one paying for the service. It's very frustrating. I was nice about it but I will not be coming back.

If you're looking for barbershop chatter or salon gossip, this is not the place. Very friendly staff and a beautiful setting. They take their work seriously and don't rush through to get to the next client. I won't go anywhere else. At this point I'm banking, almost hoping, that baldness strikes before Packmo retires. Best in Charlottesville hands down.

I have been getting my hair cut by Packmo at Salon Druknya since I moved to Charlottesville in 2009. Packmo has done such a wonderful job on my hair that I haven't even considered looking for anyone else. Additionally, she and the rest of the staff are a part of the community of C-ville, and it is wonderful running into them at various locations and events around town.
