Refresh wasted my time. I'm an outdoor educator who spends a lot of time away from technology. I got back from 6 days of backpacking and showed up to my appointment the next morning. When I arrived, they let me know that they had cancelled my appointment and wouldn't see me because I hadn't responded to their email or text reminder during their office hours the previous day. If you value your time, go somewhere else, because Refresh Dental doesn't.

I am pleasantly surprised to say that I am very satisfied with my visit. I have been putting off my dental checkup for the longest time cause no one likes to go see a dentist! But finally decided to get myself an appointment since it is a new year and my back teeth started to bother me. A friend of mine recommended this place and told me that his whole family has been going to this place and promised me that it will not be a bad experience. When I first called to make an appointment, I was expecting a long wait just like all other dental offices. But surprisingly they give me an appointment right away and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and pleasant. Most importantly, the dentist was very good! I was very nervous at the beginning but he took the time to calm me down and made sure I was comfortable. The assistants were very nice and professional too. I had a regular checkup, x-ray, cleaning, and two fillings done at this place. The overall experience is very good. And I would definitely go back for my next checkup.
