I highly recommend going to the Transcendentist. Dr Pockrass is calm, kind and very thorough. I have full confidence that he will catch any cavity, abnormality, etc, and he is very passionate about ensuring great dental hygiene for his patients. He also inspired me to floss every day, without guilt-tripping me! If you have any kind of anxiety about seeing the dentist, or past trauma with your dental work, the Transcendentist is a great place to heal from that and develop more positive experiences with dental hygiene.The receptionists are reliably friendly and thorough as well. The ambience is relaxing and easeful, especially in comparison to other dental offices. Lastly, it's so wonderful to go somewhere that avoids toxic chemicals to your body and to the environment. While it's expensive, I think it's a great investment in your health- physical and mental!

Dr Pockrass and his entire team are wonderful. I have never had such a positive experience in an medical office. I really appreciate how they take a holistic approach to every aspect of their practice. The space is truly beautiful, and the decorations make the whole atmosphere relaxing, which is NOT what I think of when I think dentist! I also really appreciated how they took the time to know me, and talk with me about my previous experiences at the dentist. I felt really cared for. I cant say enough about how different this practice is than any I have ever encountered.

Dr. Fred is definitely the *best* dentist I have ever been to (and I've been to a lot of dentists over the past 40ish years). I first saw him around 2005 or 2006 and the work that he originally did for me back then has held up beautifully!

Thanks so much to everyone at Transcendentist for making dental visits less stressful and more manageable for me. As a "dental phobic" I really appreciate how Dr. Fred and his entire staff help me to feel welcome, calm and as comfortable as possible during my visits. Because of their expertise and extra TLC, I'm able to make my dental health a top priority - without avoiding it as I did in the past.
