I’m not even sure where to begin this review. You didn’t even deserve the one star. I’m leaving this review because of the things that was done to my friend’s husband while under your care. Sadly, he’s no longer with his family to express what was done to him. So I’ll be his voice. You’re a trauma center and should be well aware of why a person has come there, and you were very aware of his medical history and administered medication that he wasn’t supposed to have worsening his condition in the process. Just because he didn’t want to be cathed. Last time I knew the laws state that if a patient is coherent they have a right to either consent to treatment or refuse it. That doesn’t give you the right to medicate them to do what you want. Second off the medication given wasn’t something this particular patient was able to have. When he coded you didn’t ask the family to leave you started your resuscitation efforts with family in the room. With chest compressions there was blood going all over the place. What is wrong with you people? When I worked in health care that was against regulations to do that. They were asked to leave the room. You didn’t even have the decency to clean him up to make him presentable to his loved ones and children. A person has the right to die with dignity which your facility denied him that right. It’s a damn shame that animals die more humane that what he did. You all should be ashamed of yourselves and need to realize that when person is dying you need to be more compassionate to the family and still show compassion to your patient because they’re still a human being. Your staff needs more extensive training especially in certain parts of the hospital. Intensive care and hospice are two areas because it takes a special person to be supportive to the patients needs and to the family. And still be productive at their job. A lot of reviews say pretty much the same things as what I am which should be your cue to step up your game and become a better hospital. These people deserve a chance to live and you all need to see them as people and not a damn paycheck. I don’t want you to reach out to me or post your number for me to call because trust me you won’t be talking to someone who doesn’t know what they’re talking about.

Wonderful care given to me at the Outpatient Surgery Center. Nurses were friendly and efficient and answered all my questions. The hospital staff is courteous and helpful. Great hospital environment, thought I was walking in to a Five Star Hotel! Many thanks.

My Fiancee, Judy Johnson-Jones, was here and was diagnosed with Cancer & other desease. They have refused surgery and told her straight out, that she was dying! I give it a 3 for their CT Scan diagnosed & a 10 for the Nurses who took care of her, during her 10 days stay. I feel really sad for her, so she was released upon her demand not to die in the hospital. So now, I have moved in with her as her registered caregiver. Sad, just sad!

I'll never visit this hospital again. If you need urgent medical care you are going to die in this hospital. The waiting time is very high. I went to an ER and waited for 3 hours just to speak to the doctor. They will call you immediately and make you pay, then you wait for hours. I had to walk out of the hospital without treatment as I was running late.

Worst place to go. They don't care about patients at all. Despite calling them several times, most of the nurses were busy talking and chit chatting with each other. Waited for over 8 hours. We were literally the last one to go. It definitely has something to do with the name. I saw people with minor cuts and injuries being checked before us. One of my friends who bruised his ankle came like 3 hours after we did, and he left writhin a few hours. While we were seated for more than 8 hours. They should have severity list there, instead of treating people based on race and color
