Nice guys. They always have some sort of family even going on as well. Usually a good experience. The shop is super quick to get your car back on the road as well.

New buyers beware. We are a young couple with our first car buying experience. These guys are completely deceitful and crooked - your typical car salesman. They will give you an hour speech about how they aren't like the others, but they are. Very friendly staff though. Bought our very first car there. Within 34 days of purchase we started having major problems with the tires, possibly the axle, and a clicking when accelerating. I took it in and they told us that the clicking we were hearing was "road noise" lol - I'm not an idiot. I know that we shouldn't be having even one problem this soon with a 2012 car that we've literally had just over a month. They told us they couldn't "reproduce the sound of the tires" when if they HAD test drove it, they would've seen if you got the car up to 55mph the steering wheel would jerk severely. I legitimately thought we had a flat, but there wasn't one. We looked at the tires and found a large sharp rock in the front right tire. I really feel like Rich Ford took advantage of us being naive about our purchase. We were told the more expensive the car, the less the payments would be. The payments went up. We weren't told we were paying a lot of money (thousands) for things we did not want or need such as UV paint. When I voiced that I didn't want or need UV paint he told us it would be so the bank would finance it. I went along with it strictly because I didn't know any better. By the time everything was said and done (Price started at 11,000) the price had gone up to 20,000. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I plan to be their worst outside representative. (Follow up: We did a voluntary repossession rather than putting more money we didn't have into this vehicle. We put every dime of our savings into the down payment and yet the monthly payments seemed to go up rather than down. Total rip off.)

Very nice people...they helped a stranded motorist who was not driving a Ford product...would recommend anybody in metro Albuquerque to seek their products/services

Rich Ford in Edgewood takes advantage of new car buyers. If you go here to buy a car take someone with you who is very knowledgeable about the ways of a car dealer because they are very shady and seem really friendly and honest but once all is said and done you're screwed. I will never go back here or recommend this place to anyone.
