I have had no choice but to bring my mother to this place due to severe migraines, of which she has been suffering from them for over 25 years.  She is much older and has had every test imaginable.  The first few times, things went okay, but over the past two years, is has been absolutely horrible, with the exception of a two occasions out of probably ten..

Twice, including this evening/morning, after she had taken the proper medication to no avail, we ended up leaving as triage had no idea how to prioritize/determine what patient needed care first.  I don't say this just because my mother sat there waiting for more than an hour in severe debilitating pain, but also two very young children who appeared very lethargic and an elderly gentleman were there before us and had still not received care, over those taken back complaining of ankle pain.  We ended up leaving without treatment.

On another occasion, the doctor after reviewing successful treatment of my mothers case, indicated that a 77 year old woman exhibited drug seeking behavior, basically because she told him what usually worked upon being asked.  Seriously, a 77 year old woman with a proven history of migraines recorded by this hospital and treated successfully at this hospital in the past accused of seeking drugs???? Again, we left without treatment.

These are just two examples.  This place is ridiculous and has no right to consider itself a hospital.  You're lucky if they can treat a broken bone..

My mom was laying up there with a broke hip and I told the nurse assistant Patricia she needed something for pain and she said she couldn't have anything ok really I can understand her not being able to have any more narcotic pain meds but hello they do have pain meds that are not narcotics so what was the problem with helping her out with her pain... it's ashame that treat people like that and get away with it

This is one of the most unorganized hospitals I’ve ever been to. Greed causes them to schedule patients close together which results in ridiculous waiting times. The staff isn’t aware of how most insurance companies work and they all seem nonchalant. I think a lawsuit will be in the future of this facility if the poor habits don’t change. This is the only hospital I know that will bill your insurance and enter wrong data into the system. Avoid if you can!

I came here today with a problem that had me very concerned. The doctor was very professional, and kind to me and my nurses were great. He did all the tests to confirm what he believed the problem was and he was 100% right. I feel safe and comfortable here. Best hospital I've ever been to. Thank you for a combination of a wonderful hospital and excellent staff!

On 03/16/17 I went to Emergency Room with chest pains, they immediately took me back and discovered I was indeed having  a heart attack, the nurses got me ready for transport to Moore very quickly. I want to Thank all that was involved with my care.
