My husband and I had the BEST experience working with The 20/20 Team!!! We worked with Stuart and he made the whole process so easy and fun! He was always available and so helpful! My husband and I agonized for five years about whether to sell our larger house and downsize after our children grew up and left home.  Tyler worked with us that entire time - even helping me midway when I got overwhelmed with decision making by sending me suggestions for lights to buy!!  During the time we were trying to decide to sell, I never felt Tyler was pressuring us.  He just continued to give us calm, good advice, so that when we were ready, he was ready to help us sell our house.  Our house sold in one day - and the entire team - from Tyler to Sean to Matt to Rachel - helped us feel comfortable about the process when we were ready. (And Stuart was a huge help when we decided to buy at the same time we were selling!)  I can't say enough good things about this team. In addition to knowing their business, they are genuinely kind and caring people that we enjoyed knowing.  I can't recommend them highly enough if you want to buy or sell a house.  They know their stuff and they will care about you while they are negotiating buying and selling!

Tyler and the whole Go Real Estate team was beyond helpful with my fiance and I in purchasing our first home. Tyler was motivated to get us the house we were looking for and provided us with a plethora of knowledge in the purchasing process. Tyler was very honest throughout the whole process; which we highly valued. We couldn't be any happier in the outcome and the process went extremely smoothly! We would recommend Tyler and the Go Real Estate Team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Richmond area!

The Team at GO Richmond Real Estate were wonderful! I had a great experience working with Sean and Stuart - 2 of the best realtors in Richmond! They were informative and their knowledge of real estate truly gave me an upper hand when locating my home. The most valuable part is that they are HONEST and always kept me as a priority. If they felt a home was not up to my standards or felt it was a bad deal - they were upfront and provided great recommendations. They made the experience about me and finding a home that is right for me. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous and did not know anything about owning a home. Sean and Stuart made the entire home buying process super easy! I definitely recommend them as you will not be disappointed and will probably look to them when buying my next home! Thank you Sean and Stuart!!

Tyler and the 20/20 Team were awesome!  They helped me find my house in Richmond and then helped when I needed to sell it due to a job change.  They made the process very easy, answered all my questions and were the best experience I had had with real estate agents.  I only wish I could'e used them where I moved.  If I ever return to the Richmond area I would definitely use them again and I recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!
