We specialize in serving the central Richmond area and have a great deal of expertises in closer in, older areas of Richmond. You will see our signs all over The Fan, The Museum District, Church Hill, Jackson Ward, Northside and Just south of the River in Westover Hills, Woodland Heights and Forest Hill areas. We knew right after meeting Chris we wanted him to list our condo and help find our dream home.  He certainly knows real estate, especially in Richmond.  No matter what the time, he was always available to talk us off a ledge and give us honest answers and advice.  I'd like to think of Chris Small as the house whisperer...other agents want to work with him, sellers want to sell to him, buyers want to buy from him, and clients (like us!) want to recommend him.  All of that and he is a sharp dresser to boot!  What more could you ask for?  Without Chris we would have never found our new home...the home we will raise our future family.  Thanks, Chris!  Hopefully he will come over and drink wine with us. :)

Chris Small KNOWS Richmond. Wow--taking a drive with him to see properties is a tour in itself! Chris has been attentive and patient with me (when I need it) and direct and brutally honest with me (when I need it !!!). He has sooo much experience and knowledge...not to mention he's funny, Southern, tasteful and easy to get hold of!

As a loan officer, I have a unique perspective from which to observe realtor performance.  As a Certified Financial Planner, putting the client first is engrained into my mentality.  When your realtor is a team player this means they work on your behalf to resolve issues with service providers like loan officers, inspectors, etc. with as little time and effort required of you as possible.  When you throw in Small & Associates realtors' extensive experience, most issues are pre-empted resulting in a more seamless experience for you.   I have first-hand knowledge of situations in which agents of this firm were able to resolve complex home buyer/seller issues and expedite solutions in ways that add real and tangible value to our mutual clients.   It is with great pleasure that I work with realtors of this firm because they work so diligently to serve their clients at the highest level possible.
