Three years after buying our home we found out that no termite inspection had been done nor was our septic tank.pumped. Our own realtor said these mandatory items were completed.  So 1 year ago we spent 1500.00 to get termite treatment and today I just paid 550.00 for emergency septic services. I would not recommend this company if they allow this type of poor service from their agents

We are working with James Bisbee from the Williamsburg branch. He has been exceptional! He goes above and beyond for his clients!! We will only use him for any real estate needs!

Called to ask Leigh Ann Barber about a house and she hung up on me and proceeded to not answer the next two times I called. I left a voicemail reguarding my question. I still have not heard from her.

This company has shady and unethical business practices. He only shows houses to agents at his brokerage, so no one else can show houses for sale. He wants his agents to only get the commission. This is unfair, unethical, and not what these agents thought would happen when listing properties with them. People like this should have their licenses revoked if they do not know how to be fair, and let corruption rule their lives.

This company needs to know I will file complaints every where on their conduct, and it is my duty to let everyone know what kind of business they run. If you get in business with them, and end up frustrated after reading this, you have no one to blame but yourself.

Mr. Brian Liggan, you're brokerage is an unethical, corrupt joke.
