We have worked with Annemarie on three separate occasions on buying and selling houses.  You will not find a more dedicated, sincere, knowledgeable realtor then Annemarie Hensley.  From the moment she knew we were interested in selling our house and looking for another one, she was doing everything in her power to make sure our house was sold (and in our case sold in just a couple of days) and helping us find our next home. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about you and your family, then Annemarie is the one for you!  We were so blessed to have Annemarie as our agent and knew that her expertise and dedication would serve us well.  We would absolutely give Team Hensley our highest recommendation!

I have worked with The Hensley Real Estate Team on a variety of occasions as the builder's representative on the other side of the sales transaction. I love working with Annmarie and her team!  She is very thorough and provides the highest level of serivce to her clients.  She is always making things run smoothly.  I am lucky to have worked with her on a few transactions and hope to work with her on more!

If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Midlothian area, Annemarie Hensley is your go-to agent and Team Hensley is absolutely wonderful.  Not only is Annemarie knowledgeable, professional and efficient, she is also one of the nicest and caring people you will meet!  In the Summer of 2009, we decided to move to Midlothian based on the recommendation of friends who absolutely love it here (and of course after visiting the area to see for ourselves).  We were down for a visit and wanted to get started on our home search ASAP.  After leaving desperate messages for multiple realtors, we almost gave up and drove back home (to NY/NJ) because absolutely NO ONE called us back*.  But then by chance we left a message for Annemarie who called us back right away and we got started on our search an hour later -- on a Sunday!  We are so thankful to have met her and worked with her.  Annemarie and her team also helped our friends move here and a year later handled our mom's house purchase as well.  In short, we have been involved with Annemarie on three separate, large transactions, and all have gone as smoothly as could be.  We wouldn't even consider using another realtor, and neither should you!      

*I believe the first callback we got from any other realtor was Tuesday...THREE days later.  We had already seen quite a few properties with Annemarie by then.
