I love Riddle's Jewelry! They are a family owned company and have the best jewelry, prices and financing options. My husband and I both love going into the store, especially when we are working with the store manager, Megan. She knows us by name and knows exactly what we like and want. Even if it's not in the store, she will make sure to find it for us and bring it into the store. She makes us feel like we are not just customers of Riddle's, but guests. I also trust her opinion, especially when my husband goes shopping for jewelry without me. I know Megan will help him find something I will love! We love the customer service they provide, as well as their repair services. They have an in store goldsmith who repairs your jewelry right in the store so it doesn't have to be sent out. I wouldn't trust anyone else to repair my cherished jewelry. All of my jewelry has come from Riddle's and I will continue to shop here!

Chelsy and Megan we low pressure, friendly and patient. I had some credit issues but they worked to resolve it as though they were on MY team. We were in the store multiple times telling our whole engagement story looking at diamonds under their microscope, eating cookies and drinking fresh coffee. A much better experience than other stores we walked into where we felt like a walking Stack of C notes!  And another supposedly diamond superstore that felt more like a doctors office!    Riddles prices were great, service was on point and Chelsy's skills adjusting our diamond while we waited was a nice perk!  Highly recommend!

Megan at Riddles Jewelry has the best costumer service!  She will  thoroughly help you decide on any item of jewelry that you’re interested in and at a good price.  Hands down Riddles has the best Jewelry in The Gateway Mall. Thanks Megan and Riddles!

Landon Larsen helped me pick out beautiful items for my financial advisor Christmas gifts. To me customer service is what truly makes a company.  He has always treated clients professionally and is helpful making decisions for those of us not in the jewelry world. Totally impressed!
