I took two rings to Wright's Jewelers, one to be sized, and one to be re-set. The service there was horrible. I was dissuaded (incorrectly) from re-sizing, and no one was available to look at my other ring (they were on vacation--in January--for several weeks). Then I saw a video of Tom Wright assaulting a woman, and I am grateful they were unavailable. I will happily take my business elsewhere.

I only had to make one phone call to this place to decide to never give them my business. I have never been treated so rudely, the man I spoke to acted as though he was speaking to a literal turd. Whoever it was that I spoke to should be fired because they certainly aren't helping bring in customers.

One star is too much for me to give this business. I definitely recommend you do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with Tom wright.

Tom is truly a master at his craft.  He designed a ring for me that is both timeless and unique.  I am so glad I followed his advice 10 years ago. I love my ring and still get complements on it.
