Great place! No issues at all! They were one of the few with no lines, they were nice, fast and easy. Returning the car was very easy, the car had a couple small dents and small interior cosmetic defects that were there before hand, we took photos in case it would cause us problems (if they tried to charge us for it) but they didn't. They were kind and professional, the other car companies reviews worried me so I went with these guys even though it costs a little more, definitely worth it, I found a rental car company that I will stick with!

Staff were friendly enough. When I arrived at the rental location there were two staff busy with customers and no one in line. It still took 25 minutes for someone to help me with my rental. Specifically there was one customer who was already at the counter which was not ready to complete his rental since the reservation was not under his name and he spent 15 minutes waiting for his partner to show up and complete the process. The staff should've assisted me while the other person waited. 
Once I was finally assisted it took 7 minutes to complete my reservation .
Staff at the car garage were nice and the only ones who asked how my experience was and did apologize for the inconvenience. 
One I collected the car everything seemed normal. Before leaving the car park I was asked by the staff at the exit if the car had a full tank of gas. Needle showed full, however after driving about 5 miles the fuel tank needle immediately went to below F. I'm guessing the whoever filled the tank did so just to the point of the indicator to reach Full. 

The car was as expected... New model very clean.

The car was not clean.  There was pet hair on the console, floor and back seat accompanied by a strong pet odor.  We had a weekly rental and were unable to  do an exchange - we had a pick up truck - and  the nearest location with a pick up was about 11/2 hours away.

When we returned the truck at the Miami Airport we were asked if we had problems. We explained and the manager on duty was informed. She was genuinely concerned and very professionally made everything "right".  We were very pleasantly surprised  and grateful that this manager was there. Don't remember her name but she is a credit to your company.

Reserved a car online the night before, and was driving out in a nice car about 7 minutes after arriving at the airport.  Went straight to the Emerald Aisle and picked a small SUV with enough room for our luggage.  Drove down and back to Key West, and then returned the next morning almost as quickly.  Completely effortless transaction on both ends.  Car was almost new and very clean.  No problems!
