This is the nicest RV Park in the Smoky Mountains I think. They've got the nicest restrooms that you're going to find. It's worth camping there just to go see the restrooms. Great people who try very hard to be accommodating. They book early in the year so don't waste anytime get on that waiting list if you have to. It's it's by the Riverside right on the parkway yet it's nice and quiet because you got the buffer of the river between you and any traffic.

Pigeon Forge needs more places like this.  A perfect location with access to the trolley system.  Pool and hot tub are awesome.  Bathrooms were very clean.  People were very professional and dedicated to making your stay memorable.

I don't like to give 5 star ratings because I feel there is always room for improvement.   The staff was very helpful and friendly.  Very nice facility well kept.

Stayed here five nights on site #43 in April 2018.  Very clean restrooms/showers! Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly!  Campground well kept and maintained.  Convenient to Smoky Mtn. National Park and Gatlinburg.

Fun camping not very clean cabin or bath houses though.. my baby's feet on her sleeper were black from just jumping in her jump jump inside & the same glob of hair was still stuck to the wall in the shower after two days of using the bathhouse . So cleanliness isn't their strong suit.
