Nice RV park. It was the slow season so not crowded. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Quiet all day and night. Bathhouse was spotless. Showers were great. Close to Dollywood and all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. Gatlinburg, TN is also very close. When we ate in the area again we would definitely stay there.

This was a very clean and quiet park. We we're lucky to have a spot on a corner near the river so we actually had a large spot. People were friendly, the dog walk was a nice shady area by the river. The only reason I Ave four stars is we had no wifi on our spot. We were close to everything in Pigeon Forge, so going to see things was a breeze. Would stay again if we go back there.

Very nice facility has all the hookups you need. 30 and 50 amp. There's a swimming pool but the water was very cold. It's close to Pigeon Forge which is very nice. Very nice friendly staff.

Nice place but management is too rude unfortunately that's the number one thing we as customers look at. Our experience has been complete ruined.
