Used Truck buyer. Our salesperson did a good job being on top of things for us and answering questions. Very POOR customer service and follow up from the General Manage and used car managers. Relayed some questions and inquiries about some issues after the sale. It has been over 9 days and still no call back. We will most likely not use Riverton again to purchase a vehicle.

Nice, comfortable & nice music & television plus men's and women's restroom they severe drink and water anyways got truck service here get workers and did good job.

Overpriced by at least 4-6000$ on their vehicles. Every time I have taken a vehicle into their shops they have messed with something else their latest was they broke my brand new CD player. Definitely shop somewhere else for a vehicle go to Twin Falls or to Kendall up in Nampa Idaho or even Salt Lake Reno's vehicles are overpriced especially when almost everyone has a hundred thousand miles or more even when it's just 3 years old. I have been in Elko for 40 plus years and Riverton has always been this way they started out as Dewey Chevrolet and they have changed their name since then and even though it's Riverton it's still the same crappy shop so good luck if you take your vehicle there and they're way overpriced if you're buying one

I found the truck I wanted on autotrader and call the dealership to see if the truck was still available. I talked to Fred and he went the extra mile to help me. We made the deal over phone calls and text messages. Everything was great through the whole transaction. I live in Reno and on a Sunday Fred met me half way to deliver the truck and  close the deal. I can't thank him enough. Riverton is where I will go to for now on for all my vehicle purchases. Thanks for everything.
