This is a great bridal shop for ladies with a middle of the road dress budget! I found a great selection within my budget, and ultimately found "the dress" here! My first visit did not go well as the sales associate was an older woman who seemed completely uninterested in helping me find a dress I liked, and just wanted to rush me out of there. I decided to make another appointment on Saturday, because they had a huge selection, and I brought two of my bridesmaids. Saturday is a MADHOUSE. I arrived 30 minutes before opening, and there was already a huge crowd waiting. Make sure you come early, as it is first come, first sign up. Once you find your dress, book all your alterations with them immediately because it fills up fast! I felt absolutely beautiful in my dress.

If I could less then 1 star I would.  More like -5 stars. It would take Way too long to list everything that went  bad. Suffice to say I would never recommend this store. Absolutely horrible. Store closed while we were still in the place waiting for one of the 10  bridesmaids dresses. None of them fit right.

Jo was AMAZING! With 5 months to go until my wedding (short engagement) and my first ever trial she walked me through the shop pulling out all the right things to try on based on photos I liked. Within minutes we were trying them all on with her expert advice (a real confidence booster by the way!) And she had nailed it by dress #3. I can't wait to pick up my dress and am so happy we went here. One stop shop & amazing experience & customer service!

Had such an amazing experience here! As soon as we walked in a consultant, Sheryl, whisked us a way to a quiet area where we could discuss my budget and what styles I liked. She looked at my figure and brought out 12-15 that were similar to everything on my Pinterest page and some that she thought would look good. She told me to pick 7 to try on. I fell in love with the 5th one and it was at the bottom of our budget! Took some fun "I said yes to the dress" pictures, got measured, paid and were on our way. Literally took us longer to travel to the city from Jersey than it did for me to find my dream dress. Thanks so much Sheryl and everybody at RK Bridal for such a wonderful experience!

I went to RK Bridal because of many recommendations. I walked in thinking ok big store, big selection and a lot of women working. Boy was I wrong. We went in with a style and color, we had to ask for someone to pull dresses for us. She grabbed a few which was the only good thing about our experience. When it came time to try them on there was no one around to help fit them with clips. It was like no one wanted to help or be bothered. I've been to other stores and never had an experience like this. I would not recommend this place. Stick to the small boutiques instead of these big stores.
