Great place! Lots of fun things to do and see for all ages. Planetarium was very cool with multiple different types of shows. In the museum there was lots of cool show including an electricity show with man made lightning! Friendly staff too! Definitely consider visiting this place.

This place is amazing! The staff are curious and helpful. The exhibits are interesting, well taken care of and entertaining. We showed up late and only had about two and a half hours, so we were trying to rush. Rushing wasn't enough to see everything. We were also lucky enough to visit when the singing Tesla coils were putting on a show in the electric theater. It was amazing!

Great experience for kids and adults alike! This vast museum is designed well and covers a variety of subjects, from interactive scientific stations to detailed 3D models depicting peoples from centuries past to a variety of preserved animals. This museum is definitely veered towards kids, but our group of 9 (from 15 to 55) all had just as much fun as the kiddos! One of our favorite spots was a station with video equipment set up with a green screen so you can be your own weatherman. There is a ton to do so make sure you leave early enough to take it all in or get an annual pass. Prices were 15$ per adult and 14$ for seniors but I don't remember how much a kid's ticket was. Groupon offers annual passes for either two or three adults as well as all children under 18 get in free, so check it out before visiting the museum.

Five stars for the museum. One star for the parking. It was February break so I expected it to be busy. When we came out cars had essentially double parked where there were no spaces available to make it impossible to back out our spot. Went back inside, security was summoned. They did their best to find the offenders. Eventually the people in the car next to us came out and were able to get out which allowed us to get out. We waited for 45 minutes to get out because inconsiderate people decided to make a parking spot where there was not one mucking up the entire traffic flow.

We have a membership to a science museum in a neighboring city so it's free for us to go here. We come pretty frequently (twice a year maybe). Usually when we come, there's a different theme on the third floor. There's many interactive activities for the kids, but also some "classic" science museum items such as the wholly mammoth, civil war exhibit, and other exhibits for adults. Overall, I nice well rounded museum.
